A total of 37 Senators signed the U.S. State Energy Program (SEP) and Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) FY'14 President’s Budget letter calling for no less than $50 million for SEP and $210 million for WAP. The letter makes clear the Senators' support for these critical state programs.
