The Colorado Energy Office has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with RESNET, agreeing to provide quarterly and annual reporting of the new homes market using HERS Index Scores to the real estate professional community. RESNET will provide quarterly and annual reviews of all new homes in Colorado that have received HERS Index Scores.
